Important Notice For Customers Returning Ink & Toner
Never attempt to return product for credit using the pre-paid return labels found inside your toner & Ink packaging.
Manufacturers insert these labels for the sole purpose of getting the empty cartridge back for recycling purposes. There is no connection between the recycling centers listed on the label and the vendors that sell the product.
Therefore, no credit can or will be issued for product you attempt to return to Carolina Imaging Products using this type of label.
Return Request Form
You may return product purchased from Carolina Imaging Products for any reason within 90 days from the date of purchase. Toner & ink deemed to be defective may be returned within 6 months from the date of purchase.
To receive credit for non-defective items, the product must be sealed in it's original packaging and in resalable condition. This does not apply if the returned item is found to be defective.
Once the product is received back at the return location designated in the RMA instructions, credit will be issued less any applicable fees.
Shipping errors must be reported to Carolina Imaging Products within 5 days after receipt of order. Carolina Imaging will not be responsible for product shortages on orders in a customer's possession for longer than 5 business days.
1. All product returned for credit must include a valid RMA number. To request an RMA, please complete all fields of the RMA Request Form to your right and click submit.
2. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive your return authorization at the email address listed on the RMA Request Form. This email will include detailed instructions on all aspects of returning your product for credit and include a pre-paid return call tag if applicable.
3. Credit will be issued for returned merchandise meeting return policy criteria within 14 business days after Carolina Imaging Products receives the product back.

Please Note: RMA numbers are valid for a period of 21 days from the date of issue. Returned product must be received at the location designated in the RMA instructions on or before the RMA expires. Product returned without an RMA number or expired RMA number will not receive credit and the product shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Return Freight Policy
Carolina Imaging Products will pay all return shipping charges for the return of defective product or product received in error. The RMA for these types of returns will include a prepaid UPS call tag at no cost to the customer. The shipping fees to return products for any other reason will be the responsibility of the customer.
